Domino Inspiration: Part VI

This uber-colorful arrangement from an old Domino felt like the perfect pick-me-up for a dreary Seattle Monday... if you must be stuck inside, a bright bouquet is a must-have!

I love the unexpected contrast of the dark turquoise vase and golden yellow flowers against the sky-blue wallpaper...

What's your favorite way to cheer up a drizzly day? Tea & cookies? Endless pots of coffee? Please share! :)

  1. Sometimes I like to put on my raincoat and go out for a walk! The rain doesn't seem so dreary when you are out in the fresh air. And then if that doesn't work, bake cookies!!

  2. oooh! I love these colors! I think we're actually starting to lean toward this a bit for our wedding.
On a drizzly day I love to curl up with a good fiction book (or maybe the domino one!) and a big pot of tea.

  5. Know what really cheers me up on a drizzly day? The smell of anything baking, a really good old movie (Annie Hall, for example) and hot tea.
Btw, love the new profile pic! What a great mommy and me photo!

    Cheers!
